Hey guys,

I know a lot of you are getting infrequent errors when using our new iPhone and Android apps. I can see the database error reports via server log files and I know these errors are coming up about 5 times an hour, but it's not telling me enough to get to the bottom of the problem.

If you experience an app crash, or an error message, please post:

- The error message that you get (please be as exact as possible)
- The activity that you were attempting to perform when you got the error or crash
- Your phone type

The new update, in my opinion, stinks. I like the profile viewing and stuff, but I keep on getting a black screen, and it freezes and stuff. Also, I miss the pull down to refresh, I used that a lot. And just a suggestion, maybe we could get a feedback option, too. (to give other people feedback.)
I am on the IPod touch (iPhone app).

I've been seeing a lot of the errors pictured on the iPhone recently. In fact, the app is not working at the moment because i keep receiving this message. I'm able to post this from a browser on my phone though. Verizon - both 3G and wifi. Anyone else?

Yep, happens constantly for myself and a friend of mine (we just happened to be talking about it the other day at lunch). iPad, iPad 2, and iPhone. Web browser works no problem though, like you said.

Oddly enough I'm typing this on the iPad at the moment and hoping I don't get the dreaded hang of doom when I hit Send...better do a select All and Copy ;)

BTW, if a developer is reading this, please don't mistake my banter for negativity. I realize you guys probably support this stuff in your spare time and appreciate that there's a forum app in any capacity!

I get the connection error on the 4S quite often these days. Also, when going to a thread, it doesn't load the first time. I have to go back to the title and press it again, then it loads. And pictures don't load.

At the time that you reported this, the Talkbass server was experiencing difficulties, and everyone was having time-out issues (mobile and non-mobile).

If you are still getting *time out* errors, please let me know.

I posted an image over in customer service before I saw this posting. I'd post it here except that's my problem... Server problem uploading. I'm on my phone now otherwise I'd post a link to the thread... (can't do that either). Something about a outdated plugin or something...

There isn't even a way to leave feedback for sales directly through this ap. :-(

Anyone else notice this...

I'll have one or two new notifications from subscribed threads yet the app shows twenty-something?

For example, in the pic it says I have 23 notifications yet when I opened the app, there was one new reply to a subscribed thread. Weird.
