Getting frustrated at how slowly my mobile browser runs when I'm on this site, so im just curious if there's ever been talk of developing developing a mobile app?

I heard there was one but they shut it down because it got hacked or something and they didn't want anyone stealing peoples personal info

There is one in development, we are shooting for March for a beta release.

Well, it's just taking longer than we thought (of course). The developers are working to sort out some things that the beta testing group found (we weren't selected for beta testing). Ho hum. When it is released I think it's going to be awesome.

There is an app that is available now, but it is simply a "web wrapper" (it displays the forum web page in the app). Thus there is no real benefit to it, vs putting a bookmark icon on your phone's home screen.

I'm glad they are working on this. It might be very helpful. The browser on mobile is slow :c and notifications like text messages would be great!
