Talkbass Mobile App?

@pauldeterman
guys, is the app fully functioning? I have the app on one phone but it seems to be somewhat simple (compared to the previous app) and it does not shows all the pages from some of the forums. Not sure if this is my phone or the actual app. It is
Is that it?!

Just downloaded the Android app. Is it just a wrapper for the mobile site? I haven't yet had any notifications, so I can't test that part yet but then again, I'm having a bit of trouble even signing into the board in the first place... Here's a screenshot:

I can't seem to find a page number when I'm on threads with multiple pages... Is it here somewhere, and I'm just missing it?

That's not right. Your app isn't loading the optimized "app style" that goes along with the app. I'll look into it. Yes the app is a wrapper, but with a highly optimized style that it *should* be loading.

Can't find anything that helps me understand what advantages lie on using the app rather than the mobile site. WIIFM?

Personally I like a mobile browser, but I'm liking the app more for the following:

- Push notifications. I can tap the notification on my phone and it'll open the app to the right page
- No dealing with browser tabs. I don't like having to manage so many browser tabs - app makes this easier
- Floating buttons enable one-touch photo capture/post to thread
- That's pretty much it ;) If you like your browser experience there's no reason to change. Some things like posting a new classifieds ad will probably require use of mobile browser anyway.

While it does look better than last time, it doesn't do it for me. My entire TB experience for the most part is checking out a few thread....maybe replying to a couple.....and then clicking "New Posts". That option doesn't seem to be available.

That being said, both options (browser and app) are still there so my TB world doesn't change a bit.

It's there. It's the 3 horizontal bar button in the upper right.
