Great idea! I am following on Spotify.
For what it's worth on my iPad the word "follow" is in the top right corner.

I don't actually have a Spotify account, but some of my material is there:
Figured I'd give a bump, and while I'm at it just note that if you're still looking to expand the list with additional variety, there are a few additional albums that were left off the last go around!

@TemplesOfSyrinx - brilliant! This thread is one of the best ever posted here.![]()
It is kind of a shame that something like this hasn't been done earlier.
I've lamented on more than one occasion that there is no dedicated space on TB for bassist to discuss writing and arrangement - you know, the creative parts of being a bassist.
At first blush, "recordings" seems to be the appropriate spot for it, and I've been wondering if this very thread should potentially get moved and even stickied there, but given that 99% of the discussion there seems to be on existing non-TB related recordings, work by TBers tends to get easily eclipsed IMO (not that it doesn't exist).
Also, I think it would be better if there was a spot to discuss the craft than simply recordings per se...
Now, I could probably campaign to have another subforum set up for original artists to discuss their craft as it pertains to bass playing, but I'm also not sure how much traffic it'd get. Nothing is sadder than a dead forum. I guess I can just keep on sharing my latest work in whatever gear-based club thread I'm keenest on at the moment...![]()

I'm in 100% agreement with you. I have been a member for some years now and have never found an appropriate subforum.
Who can we petition to create one? I'm all ears
Well, again, my fear is that the entire forum would get like a dozen posts a month, all by me and you.
But with that being said, @paul , has anything like this ever been considered or discussed?

Down Dirty Shake:
Thank you - I really appreciate the encouragement! Good guess for the bass but I actually only used an MTD for the chords in "Cereza". I used some different basses on different tracks: a Sadowsky Modern, a Sadowsky Jazz (for the slap part), a Mike Lull Jazz with Sadowsky preamp ("Cereza") and a Rob Allen fretless Mb-2.I love your music , thank you for sharing these tracks, your bass sounds great is it the same bass used on all of the tracks in the playlist and is it an MTD by any chance?
I've led my band, The Mojo Gypsies, since 1998... in 2016, we finally got around to recording our first CD, "I Heard You Twice the First Time." Here it is on Spotify:
That makes 3 of us....![]()
Thank you Kro.@TemplesOfSyrinx , @eyvindwa , not giving up on this yet - I just posted a suggestion in the official suggestion box forum. Let's see what happens.
