I see this link at the bottom of the TalkBass forum and I'm interested in joining it, but it brings me to a Forbidden Error 403. Is anyone else having this problem?

I tried registering there a couple of weeks ago, and never got the confirmation email. I even tried the "resend confirmation email" several times, but it never came through. Yes, I checked all my folders

I think there were some new posts there on a somewhat regular basis... but very, very slow for sure. I would think Paul would understand that it can take a long time for a forum to spin up into something the size of TB.

A bass hacker took over the site and and encrypted the password in sheet music. It's done for, go figure.
The site couldn't hold a rhythm and it went under, go figure.

I post there. There are 3-4 occasional posters, so the traffic is usually nothing for a few weeks, then 4-5 posts, then it goes dark again. It's too bad though, because I bet most of us don't just play bass.
