i'm going for the 365 bass-a-day calender. it'd just work out better, methinks.

I'd bet forum members could pull together a coffee table book with dozens of pictures if people worked on it. Isn't there some kind of deal nowadays with online publishing that allows small numbers of books to be printed at a reasonable rate?

I'd pay $30 for a coffee table book with pictures of some TB basses. I'd bet others would, too. It would have to be good quality printing and binding though.

I'd pay $30 or more for a coffee table book with a picture of some TB basses. I'd bet others would, too.

I would also pay for a coffee table book with the pictures of TB basses. I think this would be a great idea.

I think a big coffee table type book would be much more valuable judging from all of the wonderful basses represented here on TB. Maybe have specific calanders as mentioned before (vintage, modern, ERB, ect) but if it was in a big book you could have bigger pictures and info about the bass, the builder, random facts, etc. It would make it alot more in-depth and interesting IMO than just a calander with a dozen or so basses and no story.

I'd be happy to help write it - im in college for an english major so writing is no biggie for me ;)

Man, I'm REALLY diggin' on these more "artistic" shots. I definitely think this is the way to go. I'm going to reshoot my submissions.

One suggestion for folks... take a tip from the poster with that amazing Blue Dawn Musicman... hit them with polish and microfine cloths to get all the dust and marks off as much as possible. It's magnifying glass time on those close-ups! :D
