Someone with some expendable cash buy up all the used basses at a fraction of the used value then re list them at actual used value to restabalize our used bass economy!

Great idea! Let me call some Wall St. muckity mucks to create a meaningless financial instrument/fund.
We invest(on margin of course), reap huge returns, and cash out before the whole thing collapses forcing the taxpayers to pick up the tab. We won't be drivin pickup trucks no more, and we will no longer be paying taxes like the little people.
