I'm trying to join - it's full? Let's get 12! Id like 2 QB's even at 12 players, 2 rb's 3 wr's, and a TE + 2 kickers and 2 D's.
I have a team I guess. Weird. "Greg's Grand Team"? LOL I didnt name that. Did you auto renew old teams? Not sure what happened.
No I didn't name it. The manager just says "A Yahoo User" so I don't know.
I'm all for funny rules. I have more standard leagues so I am up for messing with this one. Let's say 2 QBS for sure at 10 teams (where we are now). I still don't know about 12. Anyone up for points for completions?

I'm down for points for completions...we play that way in my money league. I'm not really interested in individual defensive positions though. It's a little too much work. I'd take 2 Defensive teams, and 2 kickers though. I'd also add a flex spot as well. So 2 qb, 2 rbs, 3 wrs, 1 te and 1 flex.
Alright. D Players have been nuked. I added a second D/ST and 1 W/R/T and 1 W/R/T/QB. How does that sound? That way if your best QB2 option is Rex Grossman you can play a WR instead.
Not sure a QB should be allowed in a flex spot. I meant just WR or RB. Usually QB's score the most points so that would promote QB hoarding at the draft. I'd certainly draft that way if I could have 3 qb's playing.
By all means, please consider input from other guys too. I've just found these positions to work out well with 10-12 teams.
I think a handful of Qb's score the most points, the rest put up WR3 numbers.... Just a thought. I can change any and everything. Don't really care either way.
We are at 2 QB and one flex right now. If we end with 10 teams I will add another Flex, if we have 12 I may just leave it.
All I'm saying is that if an RB or WR scores in proportion to a QB then it could be OK. If QB score disproportionate to other positions, it could be unfair/lopsided.
Yeah I've been looking at the stats... It's not as wide a margin as you might think but on average QB is the highest point total position. Interesting stuff though. And it depends on your scoring methodology. I could easily handicap a QB down to RB/WR levels of production.

I'm only trying to avoid a situation where hoarding becomes a problem. If I can play 3qb's and they on average score more, I'll be hoarding myself, for sure.
Did you get in? We have 10. I am fine with 12. If you are still getting in we'll need to find you a buddy. Anyone esle have any opinions on the rules/scoring/positions/drafttime/draftformat?

If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping you could change the draft time...Not sure where you are located, but it is 5pm west coast time, and I wont be able to make it. Can you do a little later so I have a chance to get home? Maybe 5:30 pm or so?
Still won't let me in, says you need to up the maximum number of players.
The league that you were trying to join is already full! If you would still like to join, let the commissioner know they should raise the maximum number of teams.
