TB Graphics Error

I've been getting this all day, on both Firefox 4 and whatever the newest version of IE is, with and without addons disabled. It does seem to work on my Blackberry Opera browser though.

This continues to happen off and on, seems to be random. Both on Firefox 4 and IE8, neither works any better, but on Opera Mini on my Blackberry it works fine. Dell Inspiron mini 10.1" netbook Intel® AtomTM N450 (1.66GHz/667Mhz FSB/0.5MB cache 1GB DDR2 SDRAM Genuine Windows® 7 Starter This happens on every browser I have installed, happens for a few hours then clears up. Is it the computer, or what? Also when I post and this is happening it completely screws my post formatting.

Just tried connecting my computer through my phone's internet and it works, so its something with my router or web connection. Only TB is affected. Anybody have a thought on this?

You're not alone - a handful of other users are reporting random image/js load failures as well.

The root of the problem must be the fact that we're using a CDN to deliver images and javascript. This makes TB load faster for people around the world - instead of loading all static images and javascript from the TB server in Austin TX, the images and javascript are served by a global network (MaxCDN.com). So for example you're probably grabbing cached images and javascript files from their ultra-fast server in Chicago or Dallas.

I have a support ticket open with MaxCDN to try and get to the bottom of this. It seems, as you describe, that only certain ISP's are affected by this. Why, I have no idea. I'll post updates as I have them. If I can't get it figured out I'll just drop the CDN and serve everything from the TB server in TX.
