Tc Electronic BG250 Amps and Tone Print

Does the Tone Print still work on Tc Electronic Bass Amps?

Did Tc Electronic stop supporting the bass amps with Tone Print? I was looking to buy this amp, but can't find the Bass Tones as stated on the website. Seems like it only supports pedals now?

Thanks, Thomas

I just beamed tone prints to my amp last night. Screenshot from the app:

Thanks Super K... that's so weird! I just down loaded the app two days ago and this is all I can get. Can't get the ones you show per se. Don't know if have an older version of software that still has that look and feel? All mine say "Beam to Pedal"

At the bottom of the app screen select the "By Product" button. Then scroll down to the "TonePrint Bass Amps" and select that. That will bring you to a new menu of TonePrints that you can beam to your amp.

Some TonePrints are only available on the pedals so you have to select TonePrint Bass Amps from the product page.

I know this is an old thread. But, I thought it would still be the right place to put this.
I have been reverse engineering the Toneprints for bass amps and have figured out that they have practically the same settings in them as the pedal TonePrints.
So, without going into too much details, I am planning on 1. creating TonePrints of those missing prints for the bass amp (e.g. Ida Nielsen's NosePrint I already was able to load into my amp - the rest should be a breeze) and 2. eventually create a TonePrint editor for us bass amp owners ;-)
If you feel this is interesting let me know, so I get an idea if it's worth the effort.

I know this is an old thread, but hope someone will help. Got a used BG250 115, apparently a "legacy" model with the single toneprint knob. Also have the 3-switch pedal, so I know how to turn toneprint on and off and so I can use the built-in chorus. But I've tried importing bass toneprints from the app on my phone through the bass to the amp, no luck. I'm wondering if I need to somehow update the firmware or software(?) in the amp itself, but cannot figure out how to do it. Been all over TC elec.'s website as well as google. Any ideas?

Could be something as simple as making sure your basses volume knob is fully open, try angling the phone differently over the pickups, make sure your phones volume is turned up, or try different pickups if your bass had 2 as in neck and bridge. If all of this fails, it could also be a defective used amp.
