Rules of thumb didn't apply to TC's other amps.

There's really no use discussing it until BGM or somebody actually measures it.

Otherwise this looks like a hot little amp. With just the right minimal of knobs but high in features. I do wish there were more than 2 presets. Maybe they will come out with something to store several toneprints, but then quickly switch between them.

There are a couple dozen presets for the effects. Not sure if that's what you were referring to. You can download the app for free and check out the descriptions. Anything tagged for the BG250 will work.

I believe a few places have it in stock now. Sweet water, zzounds, and rmc audio for a few. I just placed an order with an eBay dealer byprodukt. They have 9 on stock now. They had a "best offer" deal so I was able to get it for less than he 299 price. YMMV.

From the RH250 manual:

E+A indicates “B” string. D+G indicates “C” string.

it tunes the B string, the indicator is both E & A light on. i guess they ran out of room to have dedicated B indicator. I must say this amp is loud! I am currently using it with a single TC RS112
