Which of the two sounds the best and has the most options? I am stuck between the two. Please help a brotha out!

TC Electronic Ditto v Boss Loop Station

If you're looking to do simple looping the mini ditto works great(I have one). If you want a dedicated start/stop switch step up to the ditto x2(you have to double stomp the regular ditto to stop, single stomp again to start). The x2 also does half speed and reverse. Both have 5 minutes of loop time.
Not sure what boss looper you're looking at but the rc-1 is a nice simple stereo looper with 12mins of record time. I don't have any experience with the rc-3, rc-30, or rc-300 but they do add all kinds of features.
So it really depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
+1 all depends on what you're trying to do. The Ditto's are dead simple, and the RC's have a lot more features, read: complicated.
The Ditto x2 is perfect for me. Has a few features but very simple overall. I do not need anything too complex. Great audio quality with playback. The reverse feature is actually very good on it.
