Nice demo and solid playing! Interesting pedal, I want familiar with it but I am familiar with TC good quality/ price ratio.
That Bass tone with or without the pedal if great. Get it in fellow Low End Brethren!
@pertyman what are your favorite settings on this pedal and how do you currently use it in your rig?
I use actually almost all of them, each one for different songs.
The reverb, chorus and flanger are my favorite.
Decided to go for it. A few hours in to playing around with it… it’s really fun. Love having so many classic TC pedals in one box
Except for the octave and pitch shifter.
I actually am kind of on board with the no dirt tones, especially in a one slot version like this. It seems like a much more damning problem in an x5 or x3.
Dirt is much more likely to be part of a core tone, always on kind of thing and this is not that.

General question- is it still on your board? Have you found any issues with it? Any cool new discoveries?
A couple specific questions…
Does using the pitch shifter to effectively play in E flat or D tuning result in a realistic bass tone? By your demo, it seems like it’s possible
Have you used any octaver effects with the X1 and did you like them? I’ve seen some good reviews for the Sub’n’Up pedal having good vintage and polyphonic sounds, so I’m hoping the Toneprints live up to that. Wondering if you have any first hand opinions.
I’m seriously considering buying this pedal soon. My other option would be getting a Julia or Amalgamation chorus (both very tempting) and maybe keep an octaver and my BF2 flanger, although the chorus would get the most use by far. But having multiple effects in one space on my pedalboard is compelling.

Yes this pedal is still on my pedalboard!
I use it a lot but not for the d-tune, I play 5 strings mostly so I don’t need it.
I mostly use the chorus, flangers and phaser and actually the reverb.
It’s really a good pedal.
