TC Electronic RS212 $260 Shipped

The two I bought appear to be brand new. One day I'll play through them, and think, "Hmmm, these sound okay, but not the best cabs I've ever owned." Then another day, I'll think, "Wow, these sound awesome!" It seems to vary somewhat from bass to bass. Some basses sound fantastic, others just so-so.

I've been using them with a Gallien-Krueger MB500. One of these days I'll try them with my Genz-Benz Shuttle 9.0. I also have a Genzler Magellan 800 I need to try, but it usually stays at our drummer's house. What amp(s) are the rest of you guys running through them?

Running my 2 with a Peavey MiniMax. I've backed off the volume knob over 1/2 way vs. using it with an old Peavey 4X10 TXF. Sound quality is multiple time better.

I just picked up the one I grabbed at the border parcel pickup location and WHAT AN AMAZING CABINET! I am really impressed with the performance, and the price could not be better (Paid $215 for the RS212). It almost did not fit the back seat of my sedan (did not even try it in the trunk).

I hope they come up with more deals like that in the future.

Same store has the X18 Air wireless mixer for $410. I'm really wanting to go Android tablet mix control but ... my various lousy bands won't chip in and I'm not going to carry the load, so.... maybe someday.

EDIT: I bought the Behringer XR18. They accepted my offer for $390. This thing is amazing. I'm whittling away with the learning curve using an Android tablet. It was obviously a brand new mixer. Still wrapped up in original plastic and unopened.

OK
They look tiny in the photos.
I had their combo amp with the 15. Bought it cheap and hated it.
Can I take this to a gig with a stout bass amp (ABM 500 / MBF800) and have clean headroom with 2 gtrs. drums, & keys?

I had the combo 1x15, but didn't like it so much. 2x12 and their bq 500, while only pushing 375 watts in that configuration , is enough, though OF COURSE i still want another. I play in a loud band 2 gtrs/bass/drums (where I use this the most) and have backline on 75% of my gigs though, this is for the times I don't. Only thing i don't like is when I have to carry the freeking thing in/out of the venue..I am spoiled though, so take that with a grain..52 pounds is heavy for some, a breeze for others. If i had my way, I would have bought 2 1x12's though the price of that was twice as much when I bought this in December. but yep, unless you are playing norge death metal, this will probably be ok. sorry for the "help" ;(

i was told by sweetwater or someone at tce (can't remember which) that all the bass amps and cabs are being redeveloped and that is why all the inventory disappeared.

i have the rh750 , rs210, rs212, rs410.
i love this amps sound. loud as f**k if you need it.
i love the rs212 the most. i wish i had two for vert stacking.
