Had it for some two years now. One of the first things I did with it, was to work around the rather inflexible routing of the AUX input signal. I made myself a simple solution to add some more flexibility in signal routing for practice purposes. Popped into my local big name retailor the other day to get an idea what I could get for my RH450 as I am considering moving the a Mesa M9 Carbine.... and was quoted $150.00!!!!!
I know that I can get more if I sell it privately, but come on, I paid close to a grand for the amp when it first came out and now it's worth $150.00!
At that rate, I am going to be stuck using the distortion machine for quite some time!:crying:

Geez! What some reptilian retailer said they'd give you for it, essentially as a "trade-in price" is hardly relevant to much of anything. They would have put it it on the floor for at least $500, probably more.

The RH450 is a current product with a $699 MAP. B-Stocks seem to go down to around $550. Used prices are going to be in the $400-500 range.

Don't ever go to long and mcquade for trade-in.
They told me their strategy is to mark used stuff low price to make a quick sale. You only get 70% of the price they mark. This is dumb...

Better to put it up on kijiji and craigslist to maximize your profit.

Asked this on another thread but kinda went nowhere so...should have posted here first ..*DOH!! :D
Been reading the RH450 threads and am noticing a lot of players (Yanek Gwizdala, Mark King etc ) are playing with their settings basically flat (12:00 position ) but I am interested in their "shift' settings.
I know a lot depends on the bass they are using but does anyone play with their "shift' settings at neutral as well (12;00 position?)
Seems a lot are dropping their "Bass - Shift" to around the 8:00 position.
(and before you ask I did drop an email to Yanek via his awesome website but I'm figuring hes crazily busy to get back to me straight away so I thought i'd ask here as well)
I am playing through 2 x RS210 cabs.

Wow, - looks pretty extreme - cant wait to try it out tonight.
Just thought it was interesting that so many others are using the 'flat' eq settings. (everything at 12:00)
I was thinking that this was just so that they were getting the 'my bass Guitar tone only" by not using any of the RH450 EQ but if the settings for a "flat" response are as you showed in your picture, there must be some serious colouring in the RH450 that perhaps some aren't aware of IMHO
