Just got a Puma 900. Needed a lot more power to test some of the bigger, sillier cabs I'm making. 900 watts into 4 ohms---2 1/2#
Just played a gig on upright. Nice jazz setting.

I think I'm going to accept the endorsement. BEST AMP I'VE EVER PLAYED THROUGH.

You know how I'm always talking about envelope? The notes just popped out effortlessly with the best combination of warmth, detail and functional thump I've ever heard. Not a ton of EQ but very intuitive and functional. VERY easy to get a sound.

I still love the Doubler's sound and NO amp has the cool features it has.

But the Tecamp sounds better.

Well, actually although the price is pretty steep some of the less expensive amps can be tricky to repair. I wonder what kind of arrangement TecAmp has to service their products stateside? I wouldn't want to ship the amp back and forth to europe to have it repaired.

That's a very important consideration for me.

Although I trust Mike that the amp sounds great, the price seems high for a single channel amp.
