I've had this app downloaded on my iPad for a while, opened it once and was immediately overwhelmed by it and tucked it away into a folder. However, I recently sat down with it and discovered it is the practice tool I've been looking for, and thought I'd share. Among many other things, you can choose a scale/mode and a key, the intervals you want to practice, the rhythmic pattern, and the app will generate the notation or tab (can switch to bass clef, but tab is still for guitar, not bass). You can then set a tempo and hear the progression (piano sound only, AFAIK) to read/play along with it. It can also automatically switch keys or modes (based on circle of fifths or fourths) after you complete a progression. I think I've just hit the tip of the iceberg on this one and look forward to exploring the app further, especially as I try to adhere to practicing in all keys.
