How would you even do a pinch harmonic without a pick?.

It's not all that hard, really. Use your thumb.

that was nice ! i forgot who i got this from but if you hold your right hand like you are pointing at someone, lightly touch the right hand index finger 12 frets above the fretted note(like doing a normal harmonic when using your left hand) and pluck it with your right hand thumb. harmonic on every note.
