Texas is more likely to criminalize education than it is to decriminalize weed.
That's great news! I don't personally think it's a good idea to smoke pot, but this is supposed to be a free country and I just can't tolerate the idea of putting people behind bars for something as relatively innocent as smoking some weed!

I wonder if they'll ever get around to it in KY? I myself do enjoy Mary the Iguana. It would be nice to do so legally, for a change.

Way back in the day we'd all go down to the A&W drive-in on a Friday night and get a sugar-rip on Rootbeer..
I live in Toronto where it is pretty much legal. It is also pretty easy to get a medical use licence which allows you to buy mucho and basically use it everywhere.
I did spend a couple of weeks in Denver last year and that place is truly insane. Completely legal and so many variations, edibles, etc. that it will make your head spin. I've never seen anything like it. There are even 2 for 1 coupons in the newspaper!

Just checking to see if it was OK to talk about weed here. It is! I'm not sure I'd have made it through 2020 without its mellowing effects (I'm an indicia guy all the way. I'm all about relaxation).
I live in GA where it's not legal in any form, but I've been using Delta-8 for the past few months with success. It's federally legal in most states, and easy to mail order. Finding a company that does thorough testing can be a bit difficult, but the indica varieties help me greatly with insomnia.
How else do you expect the prisons to stay full and make money?
