Just an update. I called Eden on Monday right before i posted here. When i got home on Wednesday had a box from them already! They sent me not only the 2 knobs i asked for but 12 4 in each color...grey , blue , and red. I was surprised since i only needed the top caps for two. Thanks Again Eden...great CS and great turn around. I changed out all the knobs since i had all new ones.
My Eden WT550 rox my sox. I don't use my Enhance when playing live, but definitely when practicing alone or recording. That knob alone makes for great plug-n-play recordings with no hassle.
Live, I love the midrange growl and grit that lets me cut through two 7-string guitarists blasting ultra-high-gain two part harmonies. And when chunking serious low-end rhythms, it's a wall of knee-cap shattering goodness.

Holy thread resurrection anyways, seems like edenites are tooting a totally different horn when it comes to CS now ;-p
I thought I should update my own situation. I got my 550 back today. The turn around wa 3 weeks including shipping time from my door to theirs and back. I don't know if it works yet as I sent my power cord along with it when I sent it in but one didn't come back with the head. Oh well. I'll get one tomorrow as they are your basic power cord.
I'll report back again when I see if it works. The work order says they replaced a bad pot. Many thought it was a tube issue. Again, we'll see tomorrow.
I hope the speed of my service wasn't just because I bitched to Lane and on the Eden forum. I hope it's because they are getting things turned around.
