Mindless rambling alert..........I've got a Peavey 1810 and a PeaveyMark VIII head gathering dust in the band room. I liked the head, but not the cabinet.

EDEN, SWR, AMPEG, PEAVEY, Accugroove etc. all have 18" cabs.
I don't know of anyone else to have anything like a 21" cab.
Basson's "normal" sized cabs play down to really low frequencies
