I'd leave it off for a minute or two then turn it on in the usual proper way. See if it happens again. If so it Could be a pre amp tube. V1 maybe? ??
It's Always handy to have a 12AX7 or two spare and on hand for times like this.

Edit. I just re read yr post. ... The front red 'power' light, or jewel light not coming on is puzzling- for me at least. I'm far from knowledgeable in electrical matters.
Btw... how long have you had it?
Yep easy, go to Fender website and look up authorized repair facilities. Bad news might be the wait time depending on where you live.
