We are a cover band that plays Rock n Roll from the 60s to today. When people ask what we play my canned answer is always from the Beatles and Allman Brothers to Jack White and Imagine Dragons.
This is a pretty stripped down gig that is a regular for us. We are basically stuck in the corner of the bar on the floor in a fairly small room so I pack as light as I can.
I usually run the SVT210AV as an extension cab in a larger rig so I don't have a low powered head to pair with it. I have had good luck running an old crate power block with it for these low volume gigs.
I run a little compression and my Sansamp BDDI in front of the power block to help shape my tone. 2008 Fender American Jazz with chrome flats is my go to currently.
Tim is our front man and rhythm player.
Scott is our guitar player and runs sound from stage for these small gigs. He also plays some mandocaster and his six string banjo/guitar as songs require.
Todd is still setting up his stripped down kit in the corner. Looks like we are ready to go otherwise.
An action shot to cap it off.
If I remember to take pictures at another gig I'll try to remember to get more around the venue before we start and between sets.
