Last summer I bought VM Fretless Jazz, sounds great! I recorded some tracks for a friend for his project, the mwah factor on the bass was amazin'!! I used to own a Fender Precision converted to fretless w/ Hi A
Bartolinis pups. It had a huge sound,but the neck was too thick for my liking.I'm new to this forum,so it will be awhile before I get some pics up for all to see.

here is my '94 pedulla thunderbuzz 6.

natural finish gives it a great wood sound, pretty
different from the gloss finish alot of pedulla
necks have.

Here's a photo of my rig with my Warwick fretless-

This bass plays great, looks beautiful, and the combination of woods offers a very unique woody growl. The passive MEC's and flatwounds are too dark for me on this bass, but switching to roundwounds began bringing the beautiful tone out. Next on the list are some new pickups and an active pre that will really bring this baby to life. A very cool tone with naturally rolled off highs.

The only downside is the weight, it's a tank! A small price for me to pay considering the inherent tone, playability and quality of the build.

Here's a full length picture of 'er that I forgot to attach. I'm going to put a simple small logo on the headstock this weekend in the same colour as the body. So it echo's the body colour and doesn't stand out too much.
Also, it's getting a thumbrest in black and a graphtek nut. Also I'm gonna black out the jack nut, the chrome is buggin' me.

Hans, that bass is sweet! Where'd you get the chrome pickguard. I need one for my latest creation.
