The G&L LB-100 P bass!

right on , so yeah SB-1 is gone ? It was never really listed before either like the other instruments , it was a special order from the factory and perhaps still is . Glad to have scored a killer one though , love that bass.

G&L's Facebook was talking about the SB-1, just yesterday. Apparently it's still around, just not listed. Here's a quote from G&L:

"We need to get one or two SB-1s shot and get them up on the G&L site. The SB-1 returned to the price list last year. So, yeah, we definitely dropped the ball on this one. - Dave"

does that P bass come in a 5-string flavor? Looked around and I didn't see it.

The LB-2500 and LB-1505 have, traditionally, been G&L's only 5-strings.

Many things have changed since Paul Gagon came aboard, though. If you told me 3 years ago that G&L would be manufacturing a set-neck mahogany-bodied, dual-humbucker guitar, I would have laughed at you...

...now, not only do they make one, they make TWO!

Has anyone checked this new puppy out? :bassist:[Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

Slimmer profile than a Fender, amazing bridge, and the Plek fret processing. After I saw the video on Plek, http://www.plek.com/en_US/technik/
I got pretty excited about this bass guitar. :hyper:

Funny - the body shape reminds me of a stratocaster!
Notice the upper horn...

And the bass looks smart - I like the bridge.
