Just a quick recommendation for any of the internet shoppers out there.

Thomann Musikhaus in Germany is a great website, very varied stock and great service. I've used them a couple of times (I prefer the local shop) and both times they have been flawless.

Despite being in Scotland delivery was pretty decent speed albeit an extra £10 from Germany. I bought an EH Big Muff in December and had start to pack up a couple of days ago so I sent them an email and the next morning I had an apologetic reply and a free post return slip to they'll repair and deliver it for free.

Just a recommendation for anyone looking for a decent site with lots of gear. Don't know how much it would be to deliver to America though.

As I live in Germany I can say that Thomann has become my absolute No.1 dealer. I order almost everything there and usually you have the goods in your hand the next day.

Superb service, quick and good prices - although the prices in the US are really low compared to ours....

But otoh if you add shipping and taxes/duty to goods ordered in the US you will not save money at all in the end
