Same here. I saw that he had been inactive but thought he might just revolve back in at a later date. I had a few great conversations (via TB) and he was full of life and humor. (and sometimes irreverence :roflmao:)

This is quite sad. :crying:. A loss to everyone. RIP Mr. Harp.

I wonder if a "In Memoriam" status could be added?

I think that would be entirely appropriate. I've just added a thread in the "In Memoriam" section, which says it's "awaiting approval." (Reasonable enough, since I expect they want to avoid inaccurate reports, double-posts, etc.) If any progress arises from there, I'll note it here.

Thanks buddy. I'll keep checking periodically myself too for its approval. ;)

Oh, man. I just cross-checked his name, and found an obituary. The pics from his family are him.

Blast it all. The world needed guys like him. 😭
Oh no! Such a great guy. He and I exchanged a number of messages when he was active here. We were going to meet up after I moved south, but his account went inactive right around that time. I'm really sorry to hear this. Thanks for letting us know. RIP, good sir.

Thanks for the heads-up, @Oddly; The "official" Memorial thread is up and running:
