A friend of mine has a little jam group put together named "Illegal Download Band" which I think is cool, and a local band here is named 710OIL, which I think is also very cool...

Um, I guess I'm just not that creative.

A band I used to be in toyed with the idea of naming ourselves "In Love with a Lesbian", but we made it into a song title instead.

I always thought it would be really funny to name a one-off short-term band something that's an obvious, outrageous copyright violation, just to see how long you can go before someone sends you a C&D letter. For instance, you could name your band "Coca-Cola" or "Microsoft Windows Operating System."
