I quit smoking, cold turkey for 45 days. Good Grief I want to smoke. But I will not give in.

Yeah, I have a plan in place to exercise more. Paintball works for me .... something about running around while being shot at helps keep the weight off.

Paintball is very good, a great general purpose workout - and depending on where you live there are even indoor places. I belonged to a group that played in a big industrial building(actual PB business & rock-climbing)......one of our guys ended up dating and marrying a lady from an opposing team. I'm on first coffee of day, you guys come up with the shot and load jokes.

Cigs are hard - good luck with that man. Spend the money you save on better quality food - lower calories but more premium flavor will keep your mouth busy and happy.

J/k, no drinking under those conditions. I play with a bunch of nuts, I can't imagine what hell would raise if we were drinking !
