In the movie airheads, the lone rangers cover the song Degenerated. Any idea what kind of bass gear was involved in that tone? I love that tone, I was just wondering if anyone knew what was used. I did a search, and found that Rex used a Walnut Zon, whether or not that was used on the recording, I don't know. Also, could anyone tell me if I could get that tone with my forthcoming rig, a Stingray into an Ashdown ABM500. The main aspect of the tone that I'm talking about is the distortion. Thanks.
