THE LOUDEST SPEAKER IN THE WORLD IS...

I reccomend you ditch your cabs and build a pair of bill's O15TB with kappalite 3015LFs and no HF

OR is you are willing to cut some deep bass out of your tone and still push the hell out of it. Build a pair of OT15s with the Delta Pro's or the 3015 kappalites and call it a day.

if you pick the latter

it'll be much louder than what you have now.

A lot cleaner

more portable (2 22" square by 18" deep boxes)

and robust.

since your keyboards uses really aggressive LF sinewaves - I'd totally treat your instrument as more of a lead tone or as a synth lead pad. She is going to kill you in the low end. might as well either give up the deep bass and go more portable

OR tell your bandmates to stop bitching and lug one or two 39"by20" by18" cabs.

your call

I dig your music.

come to new york - we'll help you get booked (pm me)

To all of you who participated in this thread:

I just bought an Ampeg SVT CL and... dah-dada-DAAAAHH!
PROBLEM SOLVED.

What I needed turned out to be, indeed, more 'headroom.'

It sounds amazing and I couldn't be happier with my purchase (i got it pretty cheap too!)

Thanks for all of your help.

See you at the show!

Nice job! World of difference between it and the SVT 350, eh?
