I too am a devotee of the late great Otis. I am sad to think
what he might have recorded had he not passed so early.
That was a tremendous loss to the musical world. There
is an Otis DVD on Amazon I got recently. and Steve Cropper
had some tremendous things to say about Otis and his
talents.
Oscar was a great talent, and deserved his accolades.
I am a fan of the third, though my nick seemed to have predated
this common verbiage describing the elusive
state of the fairer gender's physical fulfillment.

I have to add in something. I can think of this subject coming up at least two other times while I've been on TB. Both times I told basically the same story, because I had the same reason as the basis for it (Duh?) but each time I used a different other TBer's name for the joke at the end.
Both other times that other TBer (Secret Donkey and Wrong Robot) quit coming around afterward. So everyone keep an eye on Munji, for his own safety.
I'm still in touch with secretdonkey, he has stopped playing
bass. Too bad, as he was incredibly talented; but I think
he burned out with the Kaiser Brothers and had enough

Wrong Robot was last seen at a TB GTG in Worcester, MA
at the English Social Club, a local toilet bar in 2004. Many
TB'ers attended including the late Chris A. WR disappeared
into the hallowed halls of the Berklee School of Music and
was never heard from again. He was an extremely talented
young bassist. Pics from that GTG are on the website

I'm a mythology nut, and back when I was really into online FPS gaming I always liked the imagery of being the hammer of a god when I was fraggin' the hell outta other people. Name stuck, so basically anywhere online you see mjolnir or mjolnir2730, that's me.
Which makes us superglued at the hammering right hand.
Not having to been able to get s/n I wanted, I signed up
as Thorskhaus. Icelandic translation is a 'cod fish head', a
rather insulting term to call someone. Ivar Thorolfsson picked
up on that right away.
I later decided to shorten the name to Thor. That was taken
by someone who had registered it, posted once in 2003 and left.
I requested to use it, and paul set it up for me.
Thor is actually my brother's first name shortened, so it
works for me.
