Greetings my fellow Englishman! Just wanted to check if the new pictures on your myspace are of your new signature Ibanez Bass? Looks fantastic either way!!!

Hoping Ibanez will do a fretted Gary Willis-style 4-string bass one day with an alternative pickup to the Bartolini, so your 5-string looks really like a step in the right direction.

+1 Ibanez used to make the Gary Willis in fretted and fetless but later discontinued the fretted version.

If you mean the basses he's playing on the myspace page itself, those are Ibanez RD series basses.

The natural one is an RD900FMT-NT and the sunburst in the video seems to be an RD900AHNHS. In my opinion these were wonderful basses and I'm sorry to see them discontinued.

Hi guys..

So -yes in the video clips (like the one for my instructional dvd where I am soloing over a minor blues) I am using a Roadgear-w/Seymour Duncans..
However, if you check the pics page out you will see the custom fretted soundgear style Rufus bass!
This is a bit of a one off-has an Aguilar 3 band pre amp-bass, mid and Master tone-NO treble boost control!!
Nordstrand Fat Single Pick Ups and Chestnut over alder top..
Hipshot Bridge, 18 mm spacing...Willis tuners and pau ferrau board..
Willis style Ramp- (in high gloss clear perspex-this is quite cool-almost invisible!!)
I ALSo have a fretless-burr maple top, single Nordy pick up and PASSIVE..
