The Official DIY Food, Drink, & Pastry Thread

Parmesan/Panko encrusted halibut, bed of stock steamed spinach with lemon, over brown enoki and oyster mushroom risotto with peas, Asiago cheese, cream, almonds, and truffle oil.

Terrible picture of my first attempt at a Grosvenor pie. It's pork and ham in gelatin stock, with a continuous row of boiled eggs in the middle. Served cold. It has a cold water pastry.
The pastry is hard, and crumbly, and the jelly and meat add two other textures. Great with a picnic.
