I played a bit more with the configurator just for fun, but now it’s time to stop.

They look cool, but makes me wonder how bad the balance and neck dive will be since the top horn is so short (not close enough to the 12th)

Mine is medium scale, which I highly recommend for the reasons mentioned. Ultralight tuners also help. Neck dive is not worse than with many FSOs.
Interesting....the good news is that it is not an option in the configurator......my wallet is safe.

Is there noticeable difference between hipshot tuner and standard y tuner? I know that hipshot is light as its name says, but what about its function as a tuner itself? Highly recommend?
I went for the Hipshot tuners because I wanted the 1/2" posts, and because I wanted the light weight, and because I knew the finish would match the Hipshot bridge I ordered. The specs on the other tuners are not mentioned. They are probably perfectly good tuners, but I'd rather know the details before I buy.
Interestingly, they sell a variety of tuners on the Public Peace parts pages, 13 varieties in fact, but they are all Hipshots.
I don’t know about the Y tuners, as I’m not sure who makes them, but I’ve installed Hipshot ultralights on a couple of basess. I like that they are light weight and they have a drop tuner option. Tuner gear ratio is 20:1 and they feel very accurate to me with no play as you tune. I several sets of Schaller tuners on other basses that are also supposed to be 20:1 however they don’t feel as precise to me, and I prefer the Hipshots.
Just get the Hipshots and don't think about it again. I wish I would have done that with my bridge. I'm not real fond of the standard bridge for intonating.
Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately I’m not really interested on a 32” scale (I have a 30” Squier though) right now.
The Player Jaguar should do the job, but again I love the configurator which is not always a good thing.
Cream white definitely caught my eye.
