ok i dont have any super pretty or crazy expencive basses but i will show my main two basses because i love them so much

on the left is my aria pro II xrb (wich i call gecko) it was a gift from my big cousen who painted it in a rather attractive green and yellow finish

on the right is my squier jazz bass (wich i call cap'n jazz bass because im a big fan of the band cap'n jazz) i remeber saving for months to buy that and both those basses meen alot to me

so you can go back to looking at ultra pretty basses now that ive shown my ugly ones

Man, I hate when people talk down about their gear, especially if they love it as much as you do.

If you're happy, were happy for you man. Be confident in what you have. Some of us may have more expensive iequipmentn, but so what?

Remember, its the bassist not the bass.

I saw one of those on the local Craigslist that had a really incredible quilted top and flamed neck. If it hadn't weighed 12 pounds I would have bought it. There are some really gorgeous VM's out there.

Took a look at my dad's Ibanez Acoustic guitar, whaddya know?

It's half purple quilt, half purple flame! Very beautiful guitar.
