Custom maple/maple Tele fretless bass w/split P pu at neck/ MM-style humbucker at bridge, 3 way\pu selector switch and V/T passive pots. The mix (both pu's together) setting is the best. Inspired by the Tim Bogert signature Fender Tele bass that never made it to production. You can see him playing the prototype in a 1968 Vanilla Fudge performance on the Ed Sullivan show playing "You Keep Me Hangin' On" on YouTube.

This is a 3-piece (based accurately on an orig 64') modified T-bird shaped Koa bodied custom bass w/Philip Kubicki Ex-Factor fretless neck (w/drop D capo) & Kubicki bridge/tuners w/Wilkinson MM style humbucker pu's and active electronics. Not another one like it anywhere. Period.

Can you say mmmmmwwwah?

I'm in love with this bass. Fretless 'birds are cool.

I placed an order for a custom-made Roscoe back in early September. I even drove down to Roscoe's HQ in Greensboro, NC to check out their operations and to hand-pick the woods. Quite the awesome experience to less than three months later receive the finished product. I had received a few pics along the way as well as from the completed bass and pictures did not do the instrument justice. They can't capture the bass properly. I was at awe when I opened the case for the first time. Wow. The craftsmanship is outstanding and in my opinion one of a kind. This is my second Roscoe, and I was so impressed with my first one that I had to get a second but this time custom-ordered to my specs/desires; and it won't be the last! I sold my Ibanez BTB1205 Prestige and my Tobias Classic, both basses I really liked, to get this one. No regrets. Played it for the first time today in a band/stage setting and it rocked.

Wow.

Sorry 'bout the picture quality. These were taken a while ago.

1969 Hagstrom 8 string, using only the 4 bass strings. Grimy as hell. Should probably clean it.

I have 8 basses;

1. Rickenbacker 4004Cii in MapleGlo
2. Rickenbacker 4003 in JetGlo
3. EBMM StingRay in red sparkle w/white pickguard
4. Ibanez ATK700 in Blue Moon
5. Hamer import 12-string in black
6. Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass in black
7. Spector Euro-4 LX in white
8. Neo custom RockBass in blue & green neon

Since most everyone has seen examples of the first 7, I'll show off the Neo here - one pic with the neon on, another with it off.
