Yeah I know I was lazy and didnt take individual pics but these were all I had with me at work. Oh, and I missed a BC rich NJ Mock, Aria Pro II Cat and a Hamer Blitz that are in the hallway.

Nice lumies you have there. And what's that red Jackson Kelly-ish one in the first photo? I've seen some like that before and I have no idea what they are.

Assume you're talking about the one in the top center of the first photo? Thats a '83 Washburn B20, it was one of the "Stage Series" line of guitars. I think they also re-issued a version of them about 10 years ago.

hi avalon,floating?well it hangs on the pickguard(all except the jack)but the area under the pickups is filled with polyfoam as i have changed the system of pickup adjustment(they are now fixed,but can be changed by removing the pickguard).the bass is solid with a capital S and the pickguard is made from some high insulation electrical plastic that looks like ivoroid(or summint) and capped with aluminium(aluminum if your american)and the bridge is a hofner beatle bridge,the tailpiece is only acting as a cover for a brass tailpiece as the original tailstops were always breaking,its a cheat but the tone is woody but with a ton of sustain(explain that)and i have now fitted xl chromes flatwounds and it does not stop ringing.i expect this to fade as the strings wear in,it is a bit of a devil to play after a fender as the string spacing is very narrow but practice makes perfect as they say.anyway thanks for the comment.caio

My handmade bass... and a peek at my rig... only got one bass right now, have owned several.... had a terrible ex wife that made me sell all of my stuff... lol. Got a few kinks to work out with the bass, but it plays and sounds great... GFS pickup, 18v active, onboard overdrive.. body's cherry...Link Removed

That's one of the most original and beautiful axes I've seen in a long time.

... thanks man its the first time I've ever built one.. I did it out of necessity more than anything..lol... I wanted a bass but could only pay little by little... pawn shops didn't have anything I wanted, and I have bad credit.. so... lol....I bought it piece by piece and built it on the cheap... turned out really nice though... thanks for the compliment!
