thanks. The bike frame was my own design and build. I had never seen a triumph "oily" frame with a sprung hub rear suspension, so I decided to build one... The engine and trans are 71 triumph TR6

I get the "keanu" thing all the time. Go figure

I dig the basses too, especially the J.

(Hope you don't take offense to the Keanu thing. I think the dude's a swell guy.)

This is my Memphis jazz copy I picked up from a local used instrument store for 250 bucks.. from what I gather its late 70's to early 80's.. if anyone knows anything about it, it could be much appreciated.

Yeah the finance-ministress^^ But I can't complain, my girlfriend tells me always to buy an instrument when I have G.A.S.:hyper:

neither can i, beside my sig-listed gear there's avri-strat, lp junior, guild acoustic, sigma 000-28vs... and plenty of amps, pedals, macs and iGear... my wife's generous with g.a.s. but the mm would break the budget (near 3500 Sfr)!:bawl:

So I finally had some time, and all my basses were in one place, I decided to get a group shot.

Please forgive my camera skills…they are much like my playing…dark, blurry & mostly out of focus. :eyebrow:

Left to right:

2012 Squier VM Jaguar Special HB – This bass is a recent acquisition, I don’t play it much, but it’s kinda fun to have around.

1994 MIM Fender Jazz – This one I play quite a bit. It's got TONS of "mojo" and it might be one of the best Jazz basses I've had, despite it's country of origin. :p

2008 MIA Fender Precision – This one gets 95% of my play time. :bassist:

2012 “Franken P” – This one I just refinished in Fiesta Red Nitro, it’s 90% MIA Fender parts, with a “mystery” body, It’s likely going to be getting a LOT of playtime in the coming weeks. :D

2004 Squier Precision – This one was blue, I stripped it to wood, and threw a black guard & a HMB on it, plays sweet, It’s my “go to” bass if I gig in any crappy bars… :hmm:

The weird 6 string thing on the floor is a 2010 Squier Strat…nuff said. :smug:

It's a beauty I got as a destroyed body for 20 bucks on eBay. I bought a beat down neck, refretted it, straightened it and recoated it. I dropped in some EMG humbuckers, made my own bridge for it, cut a bigger pickgaurd, put new pots and wiring in it, threw on some new chrome pieces, made a custom "fading" pickup switch, and added my own beautiful red burst paint with heavy gloss. And now I have been offered 2,000 dollars by collectors and such. Lemme know what you guys think. Thanks a bunch!
