Thanks guys! It came that way. I picked it up used for $450 and it had bass line pick ups, bad ass 2 bridge and hipshot tuners already installed! It was quite a deal that i couldn't pass up. It is a great playing and sounding bass!:bassist:

I like the style of the Jaguar but the plenty of knobs and switches would rather confuse me... i'd change the Pg, reducing it to bridged pups, master- volume and tone; enough is enough. :D
Nice bass anyway... it would fit my eyes too! :p

Heres my whole setup

Unlike others, its your P-Bass the one I like here, I would love to have one exactly like yours.

Just finished this project/build. I bought a used amp and seller threw in this basket case Squier special-5. It was in pieces and a mess. I hand sanded the body, my friend who owns a autobody shop sprayed and cleared it. I rewired it with new pots and output jack, new bridge (I had layin around) handmade custom pickguard, Truss rod adjustment, fret polish, new chrome control knobs on the way. (Dome style) new strings and now... sounds and feels nice. For sale I guess although no idea what to ask.1372856172914.jpg1372856357214.jpg

The first pic is of my first bass ever, its an Ibanez Gio that I pulled out of a dumpster, then stripped it and refinished, then played it for almost 7 years exclusively. I still love how it plays.

The second pic is of my current bass that I just built for myself. After about 3 years of planning, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Plays and sounds great, and ever bass player I meet, always has to ask me about it.

Nice job.

my 62avri and my parts bass made from a vantage pbass copy from the 80s with fender hardware (62 pickup and tone circuit) and allparts neck.

I like the Japan Vantages. I had a 6er les paul copy that was sweet. They are nice. Never played one of their basses. Its pretty. I think they made the later ones in Korea. Mine was Japaneese. I traded it for my first bass... a Kramer. I was hooked on bass ever since. Did you ever play it with original Vantage electronics? They are suprisingly very well built.
