That's a DiMarzio Cliplock strap. In person it's not as pale, but a VERY BRIGHT neon.

Got this Yamaha BB424 from a coworker yesterday in pretty good shape. Had to remove a sticker and some sharpie from the back of the neck from when he lent it out but it's almost as good as new now!
