I own 2 Cort basses...
a Curbow 5 string, and an EAB that comes with a wonderful backstory.
I love them Both, for different reasons, of course.
Every time I see a Cort, I think to myself, ‘There’s a lucky bassist!’

I have an obsession for wood. The musical kind.
Updated...now fully in the Carvin/Kiesel family...best freakin' bang for the buck, especially used. The brown one is an Icon, and the greenburst is a B5.

The CK "Bone Buzzer" is especially nice being a true hollow-body and 34" scale. As with any hollow-body bass, you need to be aware of resonating feedback from the amp if standing too close but other than that they offer such a great tone - especially with flats and a pick.

Thanks! It's allowed me to have first-hand/ear experience with many types/styles of basses. In retrospect, there's no perfect bass in looks, feel or sound - there are many if you are open to how each can speak to you. (I know I'm preaching to the choir or at least to you here!)

Just finished wiring up my Mendel Sig with a set of Aero Instrument pickups.
It sounds pretty OK now.
The Aeros in my Jazz were the inspiration. I don’t know what to do with this red mess!!
