The Maple neck has the attitude that only comes with all Maple. Can be unruly.
Oooooooh I'm asited!I'm getting my Jazz Bass neck back, ordered some Fender AmPro tuners, and a loaded PJ body with CS pickups and stacked pots. By weeks end I should have quite the post for y'all!
Oh my that's fancy pantsNBD
Just picked this up - I have always wanted a KOA bass. Then this came up here on TB so I bought it.
Warmoth G4 cut and 32" scale. Great bass and actually I am really bonding with the 32.

I sorta do but in all fairness to Js which I also dig...they are there, just hiding more lol. There is a purple sparkle Adam Clayton, a black US Geddy, a green sparkle MIJ Geddy in row 2, a white US and a MIJ Jaguar Deluxe (just a sexier Jazz) hiding in very back row. I like the J things too. I'm an equal opportunity hack.Whoa! You seem to have a "thing" for P-basses! Great picture!
Just for you man.GFB

That's a beautiful collection there!I have finally completed my wall. I believe my GAS has been sent into permanent remission. Just got the Sire M5 two days ago. Now I am in need of nothing:

Very nice collection. I'm sure you have another wall you need to fill with basses. It will continue. That's just how it goes.I have finally completed my wall. I believe my GAS has been sent into permanent remission. Just got the Sire M5 two days ago. Now I am in need of nothing:

So the Jazz Neck was determined to be "trash" by one of the best repair guys in the "big city" area near by. I fixed it in 30 seconds by understanding how a bass neck is constructed, so I used some slight force and some wiggling and boom. Neck is good as new!Oooooooh I'm asited!
Sounds good and congrats on 20 years. It will be 20 years for me and my wife in July.I am fortunate enough to have a wife that has tolerated my addiction, but in the interest of the long term success of that 20 year relationship I have made a blood oath that this is it. I am fully content with both and plan on it staying that way.

Once upon a time there existed a fabled forest of basses. It was the most wonderful and beautiful forest in all the land. In the forest lived happy creatures known as BassPlayers. Even the kings and queens of the land paid homage to the happy Bass Forest creatures . .. .
<okay someone has to write the next lines of this fairy tale>
