The official "Show your basses" thread part 19!

So the Jazz Neck was determined to be "trash" by one of the best repair guys in the "big city" area near by. I fixed it in 30 seconds by understanding how a bass neck is constructed, so I used some slight force and some wiggling and boom. Neck is good as new!
I like happy endings that don't cost extra.

I am fortunate enough to have a wife that has tolerated my addiction, but in the interest of the long term success of that 20 year relationship I have made a blood oath that this is it. I am fully content with both and plan on it staying that way.
I'm somewhat of a gearhead with rooms full of stuff, and she is not without issues...

Once upon a time there existed a fabled forest of basses. It was the most wonderful and beautiful forest in all the land. In the forest lived happy creatures known as BassPlayers. Even the kings and queens of the land paid homage to the happy Bass Forest creatures . .. .

... for they knew if they didn't, the Bass Forest creatures would be bringing the wood, knocking the dissenting Kerfs and Knotheads for a loop to Nutlandia, forever fretting no more.

I really do need one of them mmwwwaaaah machines.
Thanks my friend - actually my wife's likes what she can see of the purple jazz in the middle - she likes the color.
