How funny bongos have been looking better and better for me... wanna trade??? lol jk or am I

Sorry, I haven't seen Rocky V and I wouldn't trade my bongo. XP

awesome, ive never had an opportunity to play one but ive heard great things. I think style wise my preference leans a little more towards the classic body style, but theyre definitely sharp and unquestionably unique looking.

Isn't that the thing though?

I'm GASing hard man.

My '07 American Std Jazz

Thanks Jordasch, but it's the rosewood that makes it all come together!! Just go to the Fender website and see what a candy cola Jazz with the maple looks like. For decades I was an all maple neck guy myself with regard to Fenders, but after I played a Squier Affinity Jazz with rw a few weeks ago (which inspired me to get the Ameri '07), I've never wanted to go back!!

Well, I do think think the classic jazz's with maple and the splotches :p on them look cool.

With that said, my black on black '79 strat has an all maple neck and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Peace out

Havent played it too much yet, but so far i'm loving the bass.. it sounds... well awsome..:hyper:

some specs:
BODY: Swamp ash body w/ quilted burl top
NECK: Bird's eye maple
FINGERBOARD: Bird' eye maple
BRIDGE: Gotoh GEB201
PICKUP: Fender Custom 60' jazz set
And Hipshot ultralight tuners

Peace

Well i think that model is discontinued.. it's corts top of the line series.. handmades..
The latest model is the GBMP-3, wich is actually a little bit cheaper, but has a burled instead of quilted top and uses Seyour duncan pups instead of the fender 60's...

doesnt look as good thow if you ask me.. don't know about the sound, probably uses top of the line SDs so...

Alright, now that I have two basses I'll actually post here.
They aren't anything special, but I love them.

Cats just can't stay away from basses I guess? I don't know where the other kitty was, but this little one was fascinated.
