The last one's HDR, 3 shots bracketed at -3,0,+3 (possibly -2,0,+2) [would have to check the pictures on the camera again]. Some vignetting was thrown in afterwards too.

I particularly like how the sky came out in that one

The second one is HDR too, but not as exaggerated.

The first one is a long exposure, but was taken using really cheap ND filters.

Cool shots. I played around with HDR for a while, but discovered I liked it less and less. I can't afford good lights and flashes, so I usually just blend a couple different exposures by hand, which is still technically considered HDR.

I like the way photos come out, when you aren't doing over the top cartoon-y HDR. So I'll likely keep shooting it for a while anyway, til something else takes my fancy

Got the Custom Mode dial option set to take a burst of photos, so it's easy enough to do on the fly.

I Can't stand that cartoon HDR-look so many people are doing. I could post some very humorous flickr links of some horrendous stuff. I don't know what some of these people are thinking.

Do you use photomanix or photoshop?

Photomatix, easily the best software I've come across for HDR, not very expensive either!

And, hassling you guys with yet another one from the same day. First stab at a proper Panorama, 6 shots taken of the beach (just hand held), stitched using Canon's PhotoStitch.

Poor composure, too busy and wasn't the steadiest of hands (focus is off over the 3 images use in it). However, thought I'd share it. I'm going to have to go back and take some more pictures there, I just love the mixture of colours.
