Yeah I'm not knocking him at all for getting a deal with Fodera, I just didn't know he switched horses. He was easily the most recognizable or well known Thumb player.Yeah man that's old news get with the program!!! Jokes aside, it doesn't sound as good as a Thumb and they're asking 12 grand for a bass that already exists.
His new signature model probably works great for him, but that bass is just not my cup of tea as the body is just too plain/common looking… and I didn't realize it was going to be $12k, which is ridiculous. Good for him though
I'm still happy to pull my Thumb 5 from the wall and play it when I need that burpy tone
