I think so but I'm not an expert . I have owned over 20+ Warwicks from all eras and most models and all mine that were bolt ons only had four bolts. My 2 cents....

I answered on this Warwick Forum also: This is indeed an odd one...I will check with the head of production and get back to you with the a definitive answer. I, personally, haven't seen this configuration before - thanks for your patience.

SS I 5-String is from 2005. It's my main bass, has a really great sounding b-string and is strung with roundwounds.
Thought about switching the stock preamp to an aguilar obp-3 though.
SS I 4-String is from 1990. It has EMG-Pickups and is strung with D'addario Chromes - does the Jamiroquai-Zender Sound almost perfect

Do you have confirmation on this? Could you post photos of the rest of the bass - close ups of the headstock, bridge, electronics, and so on?

It's a Warwick body with a new neck and refinish. Half a phoney, but it sucks you were told it was genuine by GC. Hope this doesn't put you off searching for a nice, completely real Warwick!

I don't have a Warwick anymore, had several and sold them for financial reasons. I'm curious as to what people think of the Pro Series made in Korea. From the video reviews I've seen on YouTube, people seem to think highly of them. Where do you sit, TB?

I played one in a local store, played well but was definitely low end version of their German counterparts.
After a lot of fussing over the setup and hearing it in a band I've decided not to resell this one, so I'm in. It ain't pretty but it will do until I can upgrade.
