Haven't Received it yet, but heres my 1998 Warwick FNA with Full Wenge neck, Swamp ash body, walnut vernier and AA flame maple top. I really can't wait to get this. Was actually an ebay purchase, but the price was very very very right.

She's done alot of running around, wear and tear all on the headstock, body, grooves in the pickups. But she still kicks! :)

It's a Ash body with a AAA flamed maple top, ocean blue. And those are not white dots on the fretboard, those are blue leds. they don't work at the moment due to wireing problems, but no matter as long the pickups are working!

And if you want to hear her:

Enjoy!

On the thumb five strings, the neck pickup is in a different place than on the four, do they sound much different?

A bit, yes. While the same basic character (a lot of mid punch) is present in both models, I'd say the Thumb 5 is even more agressive than the 4. They both sound awesome, and I tend to think about them like two sides of a coin.

The 4 sounds a bit more like a jazz, and the 5 a bit more like a MusicMan, but still with that special Thumb sound to it. The bubinga and wenge makes them growl like there's no tomorrow.
