You can stack toads for hours and still never get a SINGLE one to smile for the camera. I don't know why I even bother!

The mrs. cleans up the cat puke in the dining room and I fish the dead skunks out of the pool. Is this an equitable division of responsibility? I mean, dead skunks - not so often; cat puke - not everyday, but more than a couple of times a month.

I'm satisfied with the sitch.

I have watched a number of documentaries on the subject and have learned that male skunks often find themselves in difficult situations as a result of chasing a black female cat that has somehow had a white stripe painted on her back. Of course, these were French skunks and things may not be the same with American skunks.

I must say that I fished him (or her - my curiosity about the beast was not sufficient to take my inquiry to that particularly dark place) out on Monday and by today, s/he was moldering a bit and not one whose company you'd care to keep.
